Recommendation

Recommendation: That the City Council take the following actions: 1) Open the Public Hearing and take any public testimony related to the budget adoption, including fees and charges, fund balance policy, investment policy, and pension funding policy; 2) Close the Public Hearing; 3) Review and adopt: a. Resolution 2573 - Adopting the Consolidated Budget; b. Resolution 2574 - Adopting the City’s Gann Appropriations Limit; c. Resolution 2575 - Adopting the Schedule of Municipal Fees and Charges; d. Statement of Fund Balance Policy, Statement of Investment Policy, and Statement of Pension Funding Policy.
