Recommendation
Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Open the Public Hearing; 2) Take public testimony; 3) Discuss the issues related to the user fee schedules for the Community Development and Public Works Departments and the User Fee Cost Recovery Level Policy; 4) Close the Public Hearing; 5) Adopt Resolution No. 2589, to amend the Comprehensive Schedule of Municipal Fees and Charges for the Fiscal Year 2024-25; and 6) Adopt Resolution No. 2590, adopting a User Fee Cost Recovery Level Policy for all City departments.
