Recommendation

Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Approve the Memorandum of Understanding Agreement between the cities of Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, and Rolling Hills Estates for the preparation and cost-sharing of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Multi-jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Update, approved as to form by the City Attorney, 2) Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Black and Veatch Corporation for the development of the Palos Verdes Peninsula Multi-jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Update, approved as to form by the City Attorney and 3) Authorize a budget adjustment for Fiscal Year 2024-25 in the amount of $66,544 in expenditures and $13,631 in revenue.
