Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2595, granting the City Manager authority to file applications for Measure A grant funding and authorize the City Manager to sign the Measure A Annual Allocation Grant Master Agreement between the City and Los Angeles County Regional Parks and Open Space District.
