Recommendation

Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Open the Public Hearing for Ordinance No. 753; 2) Take public testimony; 3) Discuss the issues related to amendments to RHEMC Chapter 16.06 and RHEMC Chapter 17.80; 4) Introduce for first reading, Ordinance No. 753; and 5) Continue the Public Hearing for a second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 753, to the City Council meeting of July 22, 2025.
