Recommendation
Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Open the Public Hearing and take any public testimony related to the budget adoption, including fees and charges, fund balance policy, investment policy, and pension funding policy; 2) Close the Public Hearing; and 3) Review and adopt: a. Resolution 2598 - Adopting the Consolidated Budget; b. Resolution 2599 - Adopting the City’s Gann Appropriations Limit; c. Resolution 2600 - Adopting the Schedule of General Municipal Fees and Charges; d. Resolution 2606 – Adopting the Schedule of Community Development Department and Public Works Department Fees And Charges; and e. Statement of Fund Balance Policy, Statement of Investment Policy, and Statement of Pension Funding Policy.
