Recommendation
Recommendation: That the City Council approve the First Amendment to the Agreement for Tree Maintenance Services with West Coast Arborists, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, in an amount not to exceed $206,100 for street maintenance and grid pruning programs, with payment for special and emergency services paid at specified rates as needed.
