Recommendation

Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Introduce for a first reading, Ordinance No. 756 and Ordinance No. 757; 2) Direct staff to bring back Ordinance No. 756 and Ordinance No. 757 for a second reading and adoption at the City Council meeting of November 18, 2025; and 3) Provide direction regarding any additional signage or supplemental visibility measures.
