Recommendation
Recommendation: That the City Council approve: 1) A Master Professional Services Agreement (MPSA) with Architectural Resources Group (ARG) for historic preservation consulting services, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney; and 2) TaskOrder No. 2025-01, authorizing services to update Rolling Hills Estates Municipal Code (RHEMC) Chapter 17.38 - Landmark Overlay Zones, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
