Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute Task Order No. 2026-17, with Willdan Engineering, in a not to exceed amount of $228,208 for construction management and inspection services for the Palos Verdes Drive North at Dapplegray School Project, approved as to form by the City Attorney.
