Recommendation
Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Open the Public Hearing and take any public testimony related to the budget adoption, including fees and charges, fund balance policy, investment policy, and pension funding policy; 2) Close the Public Hearing; and 3) Review and adopt: a. Resolution 2625 - Adopting the Consolidated Budget; b. Resolution 2626 - Adopting the City’s Gann Appropriations Limit; c. Resolution 2627 - Adopting the Schedule of General Municipal Fees and Charges; d. Resolution 2628 - Adopting the Schedule of Community Development Department and Public Works Department Fees And Charges; and e. Statement of Fund Balance Policy, Statement of Investment Policy, Statement of Pension Funding Policy and Statement of Debt Management and Disclosure Policy.
