Recommendation: That the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2622, authorizing receipt of Proposition C Local Return funds from the City of Rolling Hills for Transportation Projects and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Proposition C Funds Assignment Agreement with the City of Rolling Hills.
