Recommendation: That the City Council authorize the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Measure M Funding Agreement (Amendment No. 2) Multi-Year Sub Regional Program, with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA), in the grand total amount of $4,480,252.
