Recommendation
Recommendation: That the City Council approve the South Coast Botanic Garden’s request for after-hours use of Ernie Howlett Park for overflow parking associated with special events at the Garden on select dates from September 2026 through January 2027, subject to the conditions and fees outlined in the attached report.
