Recommendation
Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Approve changing the date of this year’s parade to December 12, 2026; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to sign the attached Agreement with Upbeat Parade Productions, LLC., to provide parade management services for the Peninsula Holiday Parade of Lights on December 12, 2026, approved as to the satisfaction of the City Attorney.
