Recommendation
Recommendation: That the City Council: 1) Introduce for a first reading, Ordinance No. 765; 2) Direct staff to bring back Ordinance No. 765 for a second reading and adoption at the City Council meeting of November 10, 2026; and 3) Approve the recommended signing and striping improvements, including replacement of speed limit signs, relocation of the limit line, and removal, replacement, and installation of intersection warning signs.
